SkillzLearn Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel the training program you must provide information to SkillzLearn clearly mentioning the reasons for cancellation. For any queries, please contact us.
For Self Paced Learning:
No refund request will be processed and you are not allowed to cancel the registration process after the activation of a Self-paced Learning Management System.
For Instructor Led Online Training:
If you want to cancel your order and need refund then you have to raise refund request within 5 business days of purchase of online course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 30% content of an e-learning course or has attended online training for more than 1 day. After 5 days of time no refund will be given. Also, in case user downloads the recording or learning material for the course the money back guarantee will be void.
Cancellation due to Natural disaster:
SkillzLearn reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or any un-avoidable events such as floods, Earthquakes Etc.
What if SkillzLearn cancels the training program from its side?
In case SkillzLearn cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the student. Notification will be provided to the students regarding cancellation.

Prior to making payment, you are suggested to take a recorded demo session and be sure about our offerings. You cannot exchange your course for another course.
Recorded Demo session which is provided in our website. Trainer would take the live class depending on the availability. There is no guarantee that same recorded demo faculty would be available.
Please use same email id to make the Payment as you registered with SkillzLearn, Once the Payment made to our SkillzLearn, It takes time for verification, once verification is made, then SkillzLearn team activates the LMS & provide the live classes access to user’s. Please note down the transaction number for future reference.
Please note that if there is any issue from Customer’s side, then in that case no refund will be given. Remember, refund will also not be given, if the customer changes his or her mind or opinion to not to join. Kindly attend online sessions after registration because lots of efforts are kept by our team to fix a batch for you.
Please choose your course very carefully. We do not give refund if you change your mind or make wrong selection. This policy shall apply to all courses which are listed on SkillzLearn website.
Refunds for Duplicate Payment:
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed by means of same source (original method of payment) in 10 to 15 working days post intimation by the customer.
Important note: All refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days after the refund request is approved by SkillzLearn.

We reserve right to reschedule the live online sessions. Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
We encourage you to register early, as sometimes slots sell out. Although SkillzLearn reserves the right to reschedule due to insufficient registrations, instructor emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, SkillzLearn rarely cancels or reschedules classes. If it is deemed necessary to reschedule the class, registrants will be notified immediately.
Once payment is received, you are booked for the class. You must notify us, well in advance to reschedule your class. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes in your scheduled training. Cancel and reschedule requests must be received by SkillzLearn in email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
For each interactive session, you must arrive on-time. We are committed to teaching you online, please ensure you are committed to attending the class and that your personal/work schedule is squared-away.
The dates which are given in the website are tentative may change according to the availability, registrations, postpone due to emergency, may change according to faculty choice.
Rescheduling is time taking process, may take hours or days, all kind of intimations will be provided to the registered users. Regular live classes have a probability of rescheduling as per the Emergency.
If for some unforeseen reasons, a student wants to reschedule his/her online training program to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:
- If the request of rescheduling from student is received within 10 days of registration, no rescheduling will be done.
- If the rescheduling request is received after 10 days, then 10% of registration fee will be charged in order to reschedule training program. Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
What if SkillzLearn reschedule the online training program/classes?
If SkillzLearn reschedule the training event, the users will have privilege of rescheduling as per his or her convenience and attending online classes in future (Limited to specific time).
